We, thus ensure a steady flow of skilled workers in different trades of domestic industry. This goes a long way in reducing unemployment among educated youths.   3. Admission will likely be given to-eligible candidates without any Test/Interview even on 33% Just Passed Marks.

  5. At the time of admission each candidate will have to submit two sets of attested copies of following documents:-
    (i)   Marks sheet & certificate of 10th pass from recognized State Board of Education /CBSE/NIOS 
    (ii)  Character Certificate 
    (iii) Medical Certificate 
    (iv) Six Recent Passport Size Photographs.

Normally a person who has passed 10 standard (SSLC) is eligible for admission to ITI. The objective of ITI is provide technical manpower to industries. The course in ITI is designed in way to impart basic skill in the trade specified. After completion of training the person is eligible to appear in the AITT ( All India Trade Test ) conducted by NCVT( National Council for Vocational training ). After successfully passing AITT, the person is awarded NATIONAL TRADE CERTIFICATE (NTC) in concerning trade by NCVT. After passing ITI course a person may opt to undergo practical training in his trade in an industry for a year or two. Again the person has to appear & pass in a test to be conducted by NCVT to get the NATIONAL APPRENTICESHIP CERTIFICATE . Most of ITI's impart training in technical trades like instrument mechanic, electrician, fitter, plumber, diesel mechanic, Computer Operator, electrical mechanic, Computer Hardware, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Turner, Welder, etc. 

Opportunities after ITI
People of engineering trade can go for higher studies like diploma in engineering. There are also specialized short term courses in Advanced Training Institute (ATI) which enhances the skills of candidates. ITI qualified persons can set up their own garage, motor/generator/transformer winding shops or fabrication shops depending upon trade opted. Also candidates can apply for jobs in private sector and public sectors. Government organisations like Indian Army, Navy, Airforce and also paramilitary forces like BSF, CRPF provide opportunities for ITI passed candidates of different trades.

An Electrician is a tradesman specializing in electrical wiring of buildings, stationary machines and related equipment. Electricians may be employed in the installation of new electrical components or the maintenance and repair of existing electrical infrastructure.[1] Electricians may also specialize in wiring ships, airplanes and other mobile platforms.

Electronics is the branch of science and technology that deals with electrical circuits involving active electrical components such as vacuum tubes, transistors, diodes and integrated circuits. The nonlinear behaviour of these components and their ability to control electron flows makes amplification of weak signals possible, and is usually applied to information and signal processing. 

Draftsperson is an artist skilled in technical drawing. The 'skill' is to draw complex instructions precisely and accurately. The 'art' is to arrange that information in a beautiful, eye pleasing way. Combine these two factors and you have accurate drawings that are easy to use. Drafting includes any task that utilizes graphics to convey instructions to another person. Commonly this is associated with the making of plans for structures or mechanical devices before they are built. Disciplines of drafting include: Architectural, Civil, Structural, Plumbing, Cartography, Electrical, Thermodynamics (and HVAC), Mechanical, Hydraulics, Telecommunications, Materials and Aerodynamics. CAD, or computer aided drafting, is the principal tool used by drafters to create drawings or plans. AutoCAD, MicroStation, Archicad, Vector Works, Allplan are some popular CAD software packages out of many.

    1. Vocational Training is a concurrent subject under the Constitution and the Central Government & States/U.T.s Governments share responsibility for effectively implementation of Craftsmen and Apprenticeship Training Scheme under Vocational Training System in the Country. At the National Level, DGE&T, Ministry of Labor & Employment is Nobel body for formulating policies, laying down norms, standards, conducting trade test and certification of vocational training. States/U.T.s Governments through I.T.I.s impart institutionalize vocational training under Craftsmen Training Scheme.
    2. Vocational Training System under the aegis of NCVT of DGE&T, Ministry of Labor & Employment, and Government of India is one of the most comprehensive system in the country. Craftsmen training are provided to youths with the objective to prepare semi-skilled workers for the industries. Craftsmen training is implanted through a network of Government Industrial Training Institutes (I.T.I.s)/ Private Industrial Training Centers (I.T.C.s) located in various parts of the country. The educational qualifications vary from class VIII Pass to Class depending upon the trades. The duration of training varies from six months to three years. The trainees after completion of craftsmen training appear in the All India Trade Test to obtain National Trade Certificate award by National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT), which is recognized for the purpose of recruitment to the subordinate technical posts at the shop floor level within the country as well as aboard.
    3. The craftsmen Training Scheme was introduced by the Government of India in 1950 to ensure a steady flow of skilled persons in different trades for fulfillment needs of industries by imparting/providing quantitatively and qualitatively the industrial production by systematic training,the cultivate and nurture a technical and industrial attitude in the minds of the younger generation' scheme, the most important in the shaping craftsmen to meet the existing as well as future needs, through the vast networks of ITIs/ITCs in the various States/U.T.s in the country. The day to day administration of ITIs/ITCs under craftsmen Training Scheme was transferred to States/U.T.s. w.e.f. 1956 and financial control of Industrial Training Institutes/Centers in the states as well as U.T.s has been transferred from the first April, 1969 to the respective State Governments/U.T.s
    4. The objective of the setting up to ITIs/ITCs is to ensure a steady flow of skilled men power in the different trades for the industries. To raise the quality and quantity of Industrial Production by systematic training to needy youths and to reduce unemployment among the educated youths by equipping them for suitable Industrial employment in the states/U.T.s/Central Government as well as International Multinational Companies in the Country including overseas.
    5. The apprenticeship training is imparted under the Apprentices Act, 1961 in industrial establishments to school leavers and ITI graduates with the objective to prepare skilled workers for the industry.
    6. Two tripartite bodies the central Apprenticeship Council (a statutory body) and the National Council for Vocational (a non statutory body) advice the GOI on formulating policies and procedure as well as prescribing standards and norms for vocational training schemes. Both bodies have representatives from the central and state governments, employer’s organizations, workers organizations and vocational training experts. Correspondingly, State Councils advise the state governments in respect of vocational training at the state level. The National Council for Vocational Training Conducts All India Trade Tests (AITT).
    7. There is urgent need to create world class Semi/Skilled Graduates through ITIs/ITCs. Producing of skilled Men Power in our Country depends on the Quality of Training in ITIs/ITCs. Therefore the management of the UNITED TECHNICAL INSTITUTE (ITI) set up this Institute in 2008 by a group of professional dedicated for the upliftment of disadvantage/below poverty line youths of the society who are deprived of Quality of Vocational Training/Technical Education due to low availability of funds and poor educational back grounds of their family with the main objective to provide Multr Skilling Training on the pattern of Craftsmen Training Scheme (ITI) to interested & needy youths of the Segments of the society particularly of weak sector "educationally/Socio-economically" and finally assist to these youths/persons to be made self employed or get gainful/meaningful employment to lead their sustainable Quality of Life in the main stream of Nation

RULES & REGULATIONS

  1. Rules and Regulations are solely meant to safeguard the welfare of students.
  2. Trainees are to be in the Institute in time with full Uniform of Light blue shirt & Navy Blue Pant.
  3. An advance written application from trainee should be submitted to the Principal for any kind of leave also signed by the Parent/Guardian through concerned Instructor.
  4. If the trainee is absent from the class in the monthly test without any information he/she will not be allowed to appear in Final exam and will be deemed to have failed at the final Test or exam.
  5. Trainee should not enter in any other class without permission of the concerned Instructor or Principal.
  6. In case of damage to furniture, equipment and other property of the Institute, Cost will be charged from the trainee/trainees responsible for it
  7. All the trainees are expected to keep their classrooms neat, clean and in order.
  8. Tools and instruments/equipments are to be cleaned and kept in proper places.
  9. Smoking/ Gutkha/ Chewing Tobacco and sue of alcoholic are strictly prohibited in the Institute.
  10. Trainee who has been unreasonably absent or late in class or practical will not be allowed to enter in the class/workshop without the Principal's permission.
  11. Disciplinary action will be taken against trainee such as:- habitual late comer/Laziness in the class/workshop, absence without permission, irregular attendance and after repeated warnings, failure to respond promptly to official notice, disobedience, objectionable conduct in the Institute, habitual tardiness and 05 (Five) Days of absence without sufficient reasons will also be liable for disciplinary action.
  12. Institute is Not Responsible for any accident or injury sustained during the training period due to carelessness or over confidence of the trainee/trainees also for the loss of books, money, instruments, tools, cloths and other articles. The trainees must take care of their own things/belongingness.
  13. Matters not covered by the existing rules will rest at the discretion of the Principal/Management of this Institute to take disciplinary action. Jurisdiction of any Legal matter will be dealt at District Ghaziabad (U.P.) only.
  14. Institute reserve the right to alter/cancel any/all courses without any assigning any reason or notice.
  15. Any Trainee who does not maintain 80% Attendance & does not clear fees/charges dues on him as on 30th June will not be eligible to appear in A.I.T.T. for C.T.S. under the aegis of NCVT.

Trade Test in the Engineering Trades: The All India Trade Test is being conducted by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) in the following five subjects.

  1.            i.         Practical Including sessional work.
  2.          ii.         Trade Theory including sessional work.
  3.        iii.         Workshop calculation and science including sessional work.
  4.        iv.         Engineering Drawing Including sessional work.
  5.          v.         Social Studies

  1. Trainee who do not keep up to the requisite 80% of Attendance will not eligible to appear in Al! India Trade Test (CTS)/Exam under the Control of N.C.V.T. D.G.E.& T. Ministry of Labor & Employment, Government of India, New Delhi.
  2. For a pass, a trainee has to secure 40% exclusive in theoretical subjects and also 40% on the Total marks, i.e. the aggregate of theoretical subjects and sessional.
  3. In practical a trainee should secure 60% marks in practical test & also in the sessional.
  4. Five additional chances may be given to a failed candidate within a period of three years to Pass the final Trade Test for the award of National Trade Test Certificate.

After successfully passing AITT, the person is awarded NATIONAL TRADE CERTIFICATE (NTC) in concerning trade by NCVT. After passing ITI course a person may opt to undergo practical training in his trade in an industry for a year or two. We strictly follow the admission policy and procedure given by the Andhra Pradesh Directorate of technical education Jodhpur. We shall admit the students purely on the merit based on the marks secured by the candidate in the public examinations based on the minimum qualifications prescribed for the respective trade only as per the maximum number of students allowed for each trade. We maintain safe custody of the documents submitted by the students including birth certificates, certificates of previous Institution and deposits, if any. The following is the procedure for the admission 

1. The dates for different trades to be announced. 

2. Advertisement shall be carried in the local areas through paper media, miking, and one to one canvassing etc.

3. All the enquiries personnel and telephonic shall be recorded in the register.

 4. A date for interview to be announced and informed to the potential candidates 

5. The faculties shall conduct interview and select requisite no. of candidates based on merit.

 6. While selecting the candidates the reservation criteria as per NCVT /DTE A.P. guidelines shall be adhered. 

7. A first list of selected candidates will be display and cut-off date shall be announced.

 8. After cut-off first list second is released, if necessary third and fourth to be continued. 

9. All the selected candidates shall be registered and sent to their respective classes. We shall reserves seats for Schedule Caste, Schedule Tribe, and OBC as per the policy of A.P. / and Central Government.
